When the farmers are doing it tough, it affects all the local businesses and the whole community too. I’m so proud to see Travel Counsellors supporting a charity, and such a worthwhile cause – one close to my heart and many of those around me – with time, resources and donations. As a Travel Counsellor I always feel 100% supported by the head office team in Melbourne, and it’s great to see this kind of support being shown to our Australian farmers and rural communities too. The work that Drought Angels do is incredibly important.”Travel Counsellors Regional Managing Director and leading travel industry figure, Kaylene Shuttlewood says the work the charity undertakes is essential.“…we as a business feel passionately about supporting people to be able to continue to live, work, farm and make a living in the community and landscape they love. Through supporting Drought Angels we’re so proud to be able to say, ‘Thank you’ to all of our Australian farmers too.”last_img read more
